CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations:
All courses and workshops require pre-registration. Payment is due in full no later than 48 hours prior to the first class session. Your workshop or course will not be reserved until the full payment is received. We encourage you to sign up early, as workshops can book out months in advance.
Classes may be canceled due to low enrollment. In the event a class is canceled for low enrollment, full refunds will be issued.
Refunds:
Once a Wyandotte Art and Glass Center course or workshop has been purchased we cannot offer any refunds. We will allow a ONE time rescheduling, for a fee of $10 per participate. All rescheduling must be done at lease 72 hours prior to the date and time of your registered class. We cannot offer rescheduling as an option if it is within 72 hours of your scheduled course or workshop. If you unfortunately are not able to attend your workshop or course, and it is within the 72 hours, we suggest trying to find a friend or family member to fill your spot. If you need to reschedule, please contact info@wyandotteartandglasscenter.com or give us a call at (734) 778-9878.
Please Note: It is extremely important to give as much notice as possible if you have to reschedule your workshop. We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we ask that rescheduling be highly avoided. Please try to the best of your ability to commit to your reserved date and time. Low enrollment for a workshop can result in a class being canceled, which then inconveniences all of the other participants in the workshop.
There is a lot of preparation and planning on our end, weeks and days before the start of courses and workshops offered at Wyandotte Art and Glass Center, for this reason we have to have strict refund and cancellation policies. We thank you for understanding!
